RiskOptimix is a web-based portfolio analysis platform that provides:

• Essential Analysis: Portfolio statistics, risk metrics (VaR, Sharpe ratio, Beta), performance charts, diversification analysis, and PDF reports
• Premium Analysis: Advanced econometric modeling with GARCH ensemble models, dynamic correlation predictions, individual stock volatility forecasts, and advanced risk modeling (requires account verification and limited to 1 per day)

The Service uses mathematical models and historical market data to generate portfolio analytics and reports.

• You retain ownership of your portfolio data
• We may store and process your data to provide the Service

• We use third-party financial data providers (including but not limited to Yahoo Finance)
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data
• Data delays or inaccuracies may affect analysis results

7. Account and Service Access

7.1 Service Plans

• Essential Analysis: Free for all users including unlimited portfolio analysis, risk metrics, and basic reports
• Premium Analysis: Free advanced econometric modeling available to verified account holders (limited to 1 analysis per day)
• All services are provided free of charge
• Account verification via email is required for Premium Analysis features

7.2 Premium Analysis Access

• Premium Analysis requires a verified email address
• Users may perform 1 Premium Analysis per calendar day
• Premium Analysis includes advanced GARCH modeling, correlation analysis, and risk forecasting
• All generated analyses remain permanently accessible to account holders

7.3 Account Management

• Users may create accounts at no cost
• Email verification is required to access Premium Analysis features
• Users may delete their accounts at any time
• Account deletion will remove access to saved analyses

8. Intellectual Property

• RiskOptimix owns all intellectual property in the Service, including algorithms, models, and software
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Reports generated for you may be used for your personal or business purposes
• You may not resell or redistribute our analyses to third parties

9. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service with notice
• We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions

• Provide financial advice to third parties using our analyses
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
• Use the Service for high-frequency trading or automated trading systems

• Abuse the daily Premium Analysis limit or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
